Spicy Facelifts

Most patients ask me what can they do to speed up the healing, especially the swelling and bruising after a facelift?

In the past I would offer a short burst of steroids, which come with their own associated potential side effects, or the use of Arnica Montana, a natural supplement sold over the counter.
