This app is a bit more complex than the ones above, and offers a greater variety of tools that you can use to modify your photo. Customer reviews range from delight to disappointment, but it should be fairly effective at helping you envisage how a nose job could change your look. It’s available for Mac, Windows, Android, and iOS.

Of course, the results you get from a nose job app serve as a visualization only—it’s not always possible to replicate them exactly in surgery.
